About your appointment
Appointments are essential. Usually 10 minute appointments are allocated. If you require a longer appointment, please let our reception staff know when booking so extra time can be allocated.
Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and Doctor. Emergencies will always be given priority. Our Reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your doctor has been called away.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, appointments are essential. Please phone 07 3880 2111 to book.
Q: What if I need a longer appointment?
Usually 10 minute appointments are allocated. If you require a longer appointment, please inform the reception staff when making your booking.
Q: Can I book for more than one family member?
Yes, please advise the reception staff if more than one family member needs to be seen so extra time can be allocated.
Q: What if I have an urgent medical problem?
There are appointments kept available for urgent medical problems each day.
In case of a life threatening emergency, even if you are not sure, call 000.

Q: Are telehealth appointments available?
Telehealth appointments are available where necessary for COVID-19 or flu positive patients, and ongoing referrals. Please contact our reception team to discuss whether a telehealth appointment is appropriate for your needs.
Q: Is there a fee for cancelling my appointment?
Please give us at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A fee may apply if you fail to attend or cancel with insufficient notice.
